1 cup soy milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 small container of nonfat plain yogurt, some honey, blend, drink - those MRP's are too expensive - and I use Ultimate Nutrition 100% Prostar whey protein that has a BCAA's and a bunch of other stuff in it that meal replacements have in it so why spend the money on MRP's when you can make your own up and its much cheaper and probably healthier.
