i'm still feeling it out too SL. we should both make logs in the weightlifting section.
im getting an mri on my knee tomorrow. hopefully it comes back fine.
 
The great thing about it is that he's sure to back up all of his claims with multiple studies, as opposed to what he calls "broscience" (eg people regurgitating shit other people on message boards say).

That and the fact that, in my experience, it works better than anything else out there.

lol @ broscience. Lots of it out there.

He's definitely had a lot of big names in nutrition weigh in on his board and support the IF methods.

I've seen him argue with others though on different boards and the message gets lost in name calling and stupid stuff. He must take some heat for the whole IF way because he sure seems to gets mad quick when people challenge him. ;)

I'll look for them. It'll take me awhile since I'm sneaking on at work but I'll get back to you...there was one about a month ago I read as it played out that was quite entertaining. :)
 
75th rob, on my rest days is it wrong for me to have some oats/yams and all natural peanut butter in my first meal?

also, you and SL said you guys did it for 7 days in a row?
does that mean you did a fasted workout for 7 days straight?
 
I haven't done a fasted work out yet. Not that I'm not down to try it out. It just doesn't fit my schedule.

I'm gonna try to hit upper body fasted on saturday.

did you mean that you only followed the diet for 7 days?
what's your lifting split like now SL? are you doing a starting strength type one?
