it is day four ,i've tweaked my diet some (more protein) and right now i'm up 3 and a half pounds,this is not water weight ,Honestly I havn't responded to gear like this is a long time,i can almost see myself growing,this stuff is wicked ,i can't wait to see where i stand at the halfway mark!
