Here's my before and after. I posted in before and after thread too, but thought I should put it here so it wouldn't get buried.

This took me 2 1/2 years. The before pic was my new employee picture which remained on the company bulletin board. This was my single most motivating force - seeing my fat ass on the bulletin board every day and knowing that it was there for others to see too. The after pic was taken a few weeks ago - I am a little leaner now. Yeah, I know I am hairy - it'll go when I see my abs. Comments?

try clipping the hair rather than shaving, its easier, faster, more comfy and a good in between
