Sorry it took me so long to get over here for you...

I gotta say, the transformation is incredible.. aside from the physical aspect, your health benefits from the change are the most important..

You have a great frame.. nice shoulders and biceps.. it is hard to tell much more as the picture is limiting..
I also like the shaved head!! I am partial to a clean shaved chest too, but that is just my preference..

IMO Fl8, you are well on your way to studhood and i am sure your wife will concur!!

Just keep up the dilligence and dedication!!! Keep eating clean as that will give you the best results combine with your training.. And most of all.. keep positive and smililng!!!

Whoa Dude, those pics remind me of a Bowflex or some other work out equipment commercial where they show the before and after pics. ONe of those things where you go "He couldnt have possibly gotten that physique on the Boflex alone". Great job dude.
