thanks for all the comments guys. things is coming along nicely now. i will be adding some pics at the end on june.

btw i got third place in this online contest where we sent in 3 pics. back double biceps, front double biceps and side chest. and it was judged by some norwegian competitiors. so im feeling great

and whats wrong with my hair dude lol.
