Ok so i finished my diet down June 25. A bit earlier than excpectd, but i busted my elbow again, so i cant train properly. So I decided to take 2 weeks off, get my shit back togheter. I know i could have gotten tighter, but ill do that next year then
Ill start Dc training 11.July, excited to see how my body will react to that.
I went down to 212, from a starting weight of 226, so im pleased with that.
