mr x help diet!

7:00
protein shake with half cup skim milk and half cup cottage cheese
(protein shake has 25 carbs and cottage cheese 10 carbs per half cup)
11:15-1 pound boneless chicken,93 percent chop meat,tuna,beef tenderloin with 1 tbsp flaxseed oil and 1 peice swiss chees

245-protein shake with 6 egg whites

445(after workout)protein shake with honey 1 tbsp all natty pb and half cup cottage cheese

630-1 pound (as same as up top) but i add 1 can tuna or chicken can

830-6 egg whites

altogther your looking at about 90 carbs and 350 grams of protein is this to many carbs for losing bf? and must i run on this when im running winny and fina even if im doing about an hour of abs each night please help me out with diet thanks

drop FATS after the workout, and add more carbs

630-1 pound (as same as up top) but i add 1 can tuna or chicken can

that's fine, 90-100 carbs is perfect, and the protein is good, just make sure you have enough fat, you can add 1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil to 1-3 meals

why an hour of abs? doing reps will not make them come out, losing bodyfat and training them HEAVY and short will.....
