Motivation Dip

Just hang in there, Dragon. Don't be like me. I started and stopped so many times it's not even funny. I bought my olympic bar in 1991 or something, and it literally rusted from lack of use :)
 
Sorry bro I meant to get to this post earlier, it must have slipped my mind. I have an idea in mind. How about I write up a very simple, effective program for you, based on the core lifts. I'll write up a diet too (I need to know your bodyweight). I'll start the thread when I have them written up (if you agree), and I want you to track your progress on that thread. I want this to go on for at least 3 months, before you even THINK about changing the program. I honestly feel that you will be very happy by the end of those three months.
