Had tgo change what I wanted to train with and see what happened
15kg x 15, 30kg x 12, 45kg x 8 and 60kg/132lbs x 12 (6 more than last week!!)

Supported Chest Rows - Primal
to 90kg/198lbs x 5 reps (no twinge this time)

Thick Handled Dumbbell
RH: 73.75kg x 1, 2 and 1 (done)

Leg workout from hell. Got done anyway. Arrived early (9am)
Hatfield Squat
120kg x 8, 230kg x 8 and 350kg/770lbs x 4

Leg Press
250kg x 8, 480kg x 8 and 700kg/1540lbs x 6

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 and 17p x 6 r/p

at this point I was bitching about taking all the weights of the squat and leg press. Gotta be 800 steps lol

I try to work the contracted position harder than I do on Hammer Curls

3p x 20, 7p x 8, 12p x 8 and 18p x 7 d/s 7p x 15

Standing BB Wrist Curls
Took my time and also helped two gym bros
bar x 20, 60kg x 8, 90kg x 8 and 122.5kg x 4 (form still needs to be better) d/s broomstick x 40
