'Light' arm day
Dumbbell Curls
5kg x 20, 12.5kg x 8, 25kg x 8, 37.5kg/82.5lbs x 8

w/up 3p x 20, 7p x 8, 11p x 8, 18p x 6

Standing BB Wrist Curls - Flexors
w/up x 20, 60kg x 8, 125kg/275lbs x 4 (reps could have been better - might drop to 122.5kg)
 
Monday
Took my sweet time (2hrs+). Partly cos it was all HEAVY, so loading and unloading took a while and partly cos I helped a little on a machine being repaired. Left knee felt 'off' but was ok by the time I got to the gym
Hip Belt Squats
160kg x 8, 310kg x 8 and 490kg/1078lbs x 4. NB: belt really bites into the hips. Probably left a mark lol

Leg Press
240kg x 8, 450kg x 8 and 675kg/1485lbs x 8

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 and 17p x 6
