Almost have my spread ready to being the new program (probably in 1 week or so I'll start up)... a real strength training program for the 1st time ever ..WOOHOO!

Good day at the gym yesterday.

Only did Abs =]

Love days like that. It was too hot for cardio, and i needed some rest for deadlifting today

Today i hit 435x5 =].

Planning on a week off/light work after this Week, i think its time, i havnt had one in like 5 months. Who knows maybe or maybe not.

But i did abs

10 reps 10s holds @ 4 sets.

What's your over all impression of the 5x5 after running it and making some progress on it. Glad you gave it a shot?

Im 110% satisfied with it. Im actually gonna keep running with it, tweak it some bit, but im gonna go with the princibles of the 5x5 again!

112x5 ( NEW PR Nailed these, actually had 1.5lb magnet plates)

Deadlift:
273x5
327x5
382x5
436x4 (missed last rep, next week will stay at 435)

After i missed the last rep, i rested for a bit and went for another pull just to get the tonage in. Well didnt do to well, i dont know how but i felt my shoulder get into some pain. So i dropped the weight and called it a day

Well last night i iced it but didnt do too much. Today it still fuckin hurts. I never thought i would hurt my shoulder deadlifting lol

Well since ive been bitching about taking a week off, this FORCES me too witch could be a blessing in disquise.

Im going to the gym to do ABS and thats all today.

On friday im going to do some MISC leg work for the groin/hip muscles since i neglect them and maybe its time to work em.

Thanks all. The injury will heal. If it dont kill me, it only makes me stronger.

Besides i think i just pulled it out alittle. It should go back in. (I HOPE LOL)
