Hey all!!! I had a great workout last friday. Kicked some ass, hit all new PR's. I left my W/O sheet at work, so i dont have my exact #'s but i did great.

(this is long, because i didnt edit anything, its about 1min, and some1 fuckin walks infront of the camera, but u can clearly see i lock.
Im proud as hell to hit 405x1, and then deadlift 485.
I also only used the suit because i didnt want to unstrap and take it off for the deadlift. For the squat i wanted to use it because i wanted to know what 405 felt like on top.
