Whats up all! I totally went off the 5x5 today. Only because my boy was working and he brought in his sqaut suit, and i have been bragging out how all my maxes went up, so he wanted to see what i had...

I have them on camera, i just slept over my GF's yesterday so i couldnt upload the movies.

Sqaut:We used the bar that weighed 55lbs.

407x1 - NEW PR ( SUITED - Got as low as the suit would let me )
451x0 - Missed, Fell too far into the hole, needed a tap to get through sticking

But shit 407 suited is preety damn good if u ask me. I bet i could have hit 425 easy. I was just tying to conserve some energy for the deadlift.


Deadlift: Used the 2.5lb collars. Still suited up used suit on the 485x1

I nailed 485lbs. Went up quick too. Suit was so damn tight, im gonna have to buy my own, the legs were way too tight. I got the bruises from them already.

When i realized it wasnt 500, i went for it again but i had no gass. i had it off the floor (prob because of the suit) but couldnt lock out.

I bet if i just DL'ed today i could have hit well above 500 it just felt so easy going up for 485lbs.

Incline Bench:
70x5
80x5
90x5
110x5 - Solid 5 Reps. New PR. Will do next week @ 110 again tho, just to get my form perfect.

Felt good to not go with the usual 5x5 plan yesterday. I miss maxing out and training for my 3rep range. Next week ill go back and hit 435x5 for my last set of deads.

i actually loved the suit with the sqauts. if it wasnt so tight i bet i could have gotten lower, i broke parraelle by plenty...

Im getting there baby, i want those numbers at the board at my gym!
 
Hey all!!! I had a great workout last friday. Kicked some ass, hit all new PR's. I left my W/O sheet at work, so i dont have my exact #'s but i did great.

ALso, as promised, here are my videos..

(this is long, because i didnt edit anything, its about 1min, and some1 fuckin walks infront of the camera, but u can clearly see i lock.

Im proud as hell to hit 405x1, and then deadlift 485.
I also only used the suit because i didnt want to unstrap and take it off for the deadlift. For the squat i wanted to use it because i wanted to know what 405 felt like on top.

Its so fuckin hot here in NY its about 100+ w/ the heat index. Looks like ill be relaxing for a couple days....
 
Nice work.....you've put on a lot of size, especially in the lower body......and next time that dude walks in front of the camera during your deadlift, slap him around a little bit.

LOL Thanks, my legs dont fit in my pants anymore honestly. I have a 32inch waist, but my legs are just too big. Looks mlike imma have to buy 34's and get them tailored.

LOL thats my boy who walked in front of the camera, if u see in the begining, i point at him fucking around.

Thanks tho BigT, i have been eating like a pig lately, and my abs havnt moved. They always said the more muscle you have the more calories burned, well i honestly think thats what is saving me from putting on some BF, because i dont think i stopped eating in 2 weeks lol

MM I am so proud of you & your gains I really cannot put it into words .. so I thought I'd just show you, in hopes to inspiring others.. if at all this bothers you in any way I will delete this post, but I think you will be surprised, happy & stoked to see your progress.... They great thing is you are open to advice, not an asshole & willing to take constructive critism ... cocky only when it comes to booze, bats & peeping toms but hey... I'll let it slide :)

The previously stated qualities ... I admire that in people... Keep up the awesome work ...
