Whats up all! I totally went off the 5x5 today. Only because my boy was working and he brought in his sqaut suit, and i have been bragging out how all my maxes went up, so he wanted to see what i had...
I have them on camera, i just slept over my GF's yesterday so i couldnt upload the movies.
Sqaut:We used the bar that weighed 55lbs.

451x0 - Missed, Fell too far into the hole, needed a tap to get through sticking
But shit 407 suited is preety damn good if u ask me. I bet i could have hit 425 easy. I was just tying to conserve some energy for the deadlift.
Deadlift: Used the 2.5lb collars. Still suited up used suit on the 485x1

I nailed 485lbs. Went up quick too. Suit was so damn tight, im gonna have to buy my own, the legs were way too tight. I got the bruises from them already.
When i realized it wasnt 500, i went for it again but i had no gass. i had it off the floor (prob because of the suit) but couldnt lock out.
I bet if i just DL'ed today i could have hit well above 500 it just felt so easy going up for 485lbs.

110x5 - Solid 5 Reps. New PR. Will do next week @ 110 again tho, just to get my form perfect.
Felt good to not go with the usual 5x5 plan yesterday. I miss maxing out and training for my 3rep range. Next week ill go back and hit 435x5 for my last set of deads.
