Assistance Work:
Suspended Pushups. Hung chains from the sqaut rack so i could do pushups in it (DONT WORRY THE GYM WAS EMPTY LOL)
4 sets @ 12 reps.
Additional Notes: Quick friday workout. Only because The gym got flooded and was soakeing wet, and just got out of the mood, Thank god i hit my lifts before the flooding really got bad, but it still took my focus off the gym. Its cool tho, because i hit my numbers and im happy with that.
Food notes: Weekend went for a movie shoot so didnt eat too much. but got fed breakfast/lunch. Had a big dinner. Sunday i had ALOT of carbs from bagels. I thought of it as my 'carb load' day lol. But honestly i did want to LOAD up on my carbs.
Also picked up some Whole Wheat Pancake Mix & Sugar Free Syrup (15cals). Will be making some for this week, just to get the needed calories for the last 2 weeks on the program. Ill throw some protein powder in them too so they will be chocolate Pancakes. hmmm so good lol
