I took off last friday, had things to do, so took off from work.
Friday - Off from Weightraining.
Cardio: 40 mins on threadmill. Mixed HIIT w/ Reg Cardio. Then Hit the Punching bag for another
15-20 mins.
ALL ON EMPTY STOMACH.
Followed up w/ 25g whey in h20.
Saturday - Completely OFF
Sunday
Chest
- FlatBench w/ Bands: (135x3) x 8
- FlatBench w/o Bands: 135x10 185x7 225x1 225x1 230x1 235x1 135x15
- Incline w/ Dumbels: 70x7 75x7 80x5 80x5
- Incline Fly's on incline bench in cable machines: 60x10 50x10 50x10 70x4 30x5
- Incline Bench w/ Special Fly Bar(the bar where you have the bar in the air and tap your hands together while bar is in the air): 15 taps w/ 135lbs x 5
Abs
- Decline Situps w/ Bands wrapped around bench and my shoulders like a backpack: 25 x 4
- Swiss ball work: 25Left knee/25Right Knee/25Crunches X 4
- Leg Lifts: Hooked feet to cables and did knee to chests while laying on bench: 50lbs x 10
Notes:
Benching Felt Great. Really Killed that shit. I was doing singles because i had no spot and i really wanted to kill my chest. I was doing 235lbs x 1. I might have gotten it 2x, but i had no spotter so i wasnt gonna risk it. My Shoulders took a beaten do to the bands tho, really can feel em today.
Abs felt good too since im trying to have them completely showing by May 27. Honestly might make it. I can see them now and im really starting to lean out.
I took pics yesterday, but forgot the camera at home. Im also down in weight. Im 185 lbs... Thats 7lbs in 2 weeks. No Muscle loss, I got the calipers out. And i was at 8mm on the calipers and now i am less so i lost BF mostly.
New Goals Besids my Mental Abs Goal of May 27th.
Weeks to Goal: 12
Bench: 315lbs
Sqaut: 315lbs ATF
Deadlift: 500lbs
Its a 12 week goal. The bench press would need to go up 5lbs a week from now to hit 315. No problem. 2.5's are my best friend! But i should be able to maybe go up 10lbs / week if my food intake is high enough/clean.
The Sqaut Should be at 315 soon. I already have a 315box Sqaut so im trying to catch up my ATF.
Im deadlifting 398lbs right now. I hope to improve by 10lbs/week minimum. I will kill that shit each and every deadlift day.
If i do plateu, wich is no problem, i can switch up 1 or 2 things and i should be growing again.
Im rowing like a mofo and working my legs/lats/triceps/back very very hard.
