Hey Guys, Just wanted to Redo the Threads, here is my last thread just incase you wanted to see how i got at where i am. Take a read.

240LBS
5' 11
38-40 in waist

Now
160lbs at 12% Bf (bulking)
6' 0 (yes i grew a whole damn inch for being healthy plus im only 19)
32 in waist

Just wondering, what was your diet when you first started? I need to lose some fat to get to the muscle underneath and I just wanted to know what you ate to get where you are now. Thanks, by the way, great job!

alot ALOT alot of chicken + Tuna. I would have atleast 2cans of tuna a day. And for dinner i mostly had Chicken Breasts...For Breakfast, Brown rice + Egg Whites.

all the other basic needs for Dieting were fit into the other meals. Such as 2 Servings of ANPB. And dont forget your Fishoil Fats.

how much tuna is too much to eat in one day? i am alternating my mid-morning snack between tuna and chicken and i have tuna on a salad for lunch. Two cans isnt too much is it?

bass: 2 cans too much? Depends, are u scared of mercury poisoning? If not then eat up!

i dont think i am going to get m poisoning from tuna, but i get blood work done and i let my doc know i eat tuna alot and to check me for it.
 
I was confused. You have it in reverse chronological order. I was going to ask, how did you get so fat? Instead, good job! :)

how much and what type of cardio involved in this transformation??? how old are you--usually when someone loses this much weight skin elasticity becomes an issue? how long did it take you?
 
I went from 240lbs. Down to a 155 @ 9% or less BF. Not too much cardio, due to the fact the gym i jooined got closed and i lost $$.

i ate exactly 2k calories/day. and Ran some ECA.

it took me about 7months to drop to 155.

I still got stretch marks, but my skin is no where elastic like it was.

im currently 20 right now.
 
Along with Bunnys this has to be the biggest transformation i have come across on here. Really inspirational. Well done bro.

When i click on the diet log say enter password?

I would love to know your diet and workout regime whilst losing weight as thats what stage i am at, at the minute.

I dont know why its not working, over here it just goes to the posts...

my diet is always strict.

While loosing weight it honestly was all diet, no gym work really. I only recently started a a gym (6months maybe?) My diet was so good/clean and above starvation that i lost it very quickly.
