it's a lovely family trait...a number of my uncles have had electric shock treatment to unfuck their irregular heart beats...in my case, it's only an issue when i don't get enough sleep and i drink too much coffee...my wife made me go see my doc and he sent me to a cardiologist...he asked me what i was doing that was exacerbating the situation...i told him about my lifestyle...he laughed and told me to quite living like that...it's not a "chronic" situation yet so there's not much to do except unfuck my life (working on it!)...incidentally, the one thing that i've found that fixes it is 20 mins on the rowing machine keeping the rate above 900 cal/hr...i get done with that and it's normal for hours afterward...odd.

dude I'm actually bummed out to hear this. I dealt with a heart problem so please believe I'm in awe that when your heart starts fucking around you can get on a rowing machine and basically slap it down like a woman who didn't make a sammich the right way. j/k ladies. Anyway, it's still a ticking bomb bro. Have you ever looked up the theory of epigenetics? It's interesting reading..your issue could be related to that.

cause I slapped it down. I don't do any of the shit that I used to and the condition completely went away. I think if there was something still wrong with it, the crossfit wkts where my HR hits about 200 or just under....would expose it. I changed my life completely which is why it isn't coming back....cunt face.

honestly? my younger brothers get the same shit...there's is worse than mine though (more chronic)...i think because they don't exercise and regiment their diet as much as me...mine only becomes an issue from like march 15 through april 15...but, one thing they've done is pretty much rid their lives of caffeine and that made a huge difference...i can't imagine working like i do without coffee...so, i need to get my professional life under control before i can even think about ditching the stimulants...if i gave up my coffee cold turkey, right now? my heart probably would quit beating for good!

what is it with your obsession at painting me as some hardcore gamer? I own no game consoles. Yes I put my own PC's together so I do kind of make them game capable so every now and then when a beautiful game comes out I can run it. But there's no online multi player gaming for me like call of duty, I hate those games. If I was a hard core gamer I'd just be open about it. So come off it already seriously.
