If your walking life is even half as disgusting as this online shit you've got going, I might blow my brains out too if I was stuck having to interact with you irl on a daily basis. i get so worn out during the dregs of tax season that my heart beat becomes extremely irregular...there are times when it gets so bad that it actually quits beating for like 10 seconds at a time...this feeling of extreme pressure starts to build up in my head and my field of vision begins to narrow and i sit there wondering if this is it...then the fucker starts beating again...i'll be lucky if i'm still here in 10 years too

it's a lovely family trait...a number of my uncles have had electric shock treatment to unfuck their irregular heart beats...in my case, it's only an issue when i don't get enough sleep and i drink too much coffee...my wife made me go see my doc and he sent me to a cardiologist...he asked me what i was doing that was exacerbating the situation...i told him about my lifestyle...he laughed and told me to quite living like that...it's not a "chronic" situation yet so there's not much to do except unfuck my life (working on it!)...incidentally, the one thing that i've found that fixes it is 20 mins on the rowing machine keeping the rate above 900 cal/hr...i get done with that and it's normal for hours afterward...odd.

man, that sucks...my life has gotten pretty fucked up a few times over the years butt i've never thought about stepping off...i can't imagine the frame of mind...unless you're caught in some gawd-awful situation where you look at it and think "i owe it to my family to just end this shit before it gets dragged through the courts and the news media for the next few years"...otherwise, i can't imagine...that's true mental illness, right there.

there are sum terminal illnesses that could prompt me to buy a 1 way ticket to Oregon
