Messed my hormones - Help

Hi,

Long story short , i'm 26y.o , competed in 2021 , ended with binge eating , then bulimia and for the last 7-8months i would say i have a good relationship with food. Since sept last year i was diagnosticated with hypo and i'm on T4. I was feeling extremely fatigued, could'nt loose weight even if i exercised a lot and maintaining a healthy diet, i checked with my endo the thyroid and it was the problem. I would'nt say that now i'm feeling perfect but at least a little bit better, and we are yet adjusting the T4, BUT!! my other hormones are really bad, my libido is very very low , i have mood swings very frequently , lately i have very bad water retention and feel bloated even if i eat healthy
I checked again all my hormones 2 months ago, the estrogens and FSH where a little low but my endo said that because they are in the normal ranges i should not be aware, even if i said to her that my sex drive is low

And i have no idea what to do, what supps can i take to ennhace my libido ? I tried several but there was no result

I have found with my wife when her test level drops below 25-30 her sex drive drops into the gutter. We have found keeping her above 50 is a good spot where her sex drive is ok. Now as a side note she is 52 with all the menopause stuff going on and before she started taking anything her testosterone level was well in the gutter at 15.
 
Hmm, i think that my test levels are ok , the other hormones are low i think

I looked at your hormones and yes many things are out of whack but the truth is that we can't say much until we know your full situation.

We need to see your diet, training, cardio, supplements, sleep schedule and your full LOG journal diary if you want us to truly guide you instead of giving you generic answers that wont help you change your life.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i think you need to just come off everything and get another opinion
