Thaks very much...i think doing nothing to end and start a new year is a terrible idea,for 5 years I made it a mission to train the last day and first day of every year just to keep motivation and moral up

I used to do bd press religiously but had some time off them,they definitely give a good stretch ar the bottom as aposed to barbell I find

Yeah. Another risk of using growth hormone too high, for a long. Is the thyroid effects.

i would stick to 1-2iu's long term, 4iu's short term only.
 
Keep up the good work man, that's a great workout.

Maybe skip the Smith machine though. Sometimes it can really put a lot of pressure on your joints.

Training and diet is going well atm, thinking I might swap out the tren ace for EQ or something as it is keeping my core temp super hot all the time i'm even sweating in the air conditioning at night it might be something to run again at low dose in the winter.

What kind of side effects are you experiencing on this?
I'm sure the side effects are going to kick in hard.
At 300mg constant sweating,digestive/reflux issues i noticed happen worse after the 200mg per week mark ,some irritation and the slight feeling of dieing on the inside lol had my last shot yesterday and will be have a break from 19nors for awile

Had last shot of tren 3-4 days ago and am already noticing core temp returning back to normal,no more heartburn/reflux,and feeling alot better,at the moment all I'm running is 800mg test per week till my EQ gets here and I'll start at low dose 200mg a week see how it go's.

I now understand why pro's only use low dose around 6 weeks out from a show,300mg was definitely high enough for me lol I only use tamoxifen when I run NPP and dbol usually,but I have lots on hand bro it's liquid form and the worst taste you could ever imagine 😆

i saw your pics you can easily use tamoxifen right now to big benefit bro
 
Went in mid morning to get blood test results from last week,these bloods were pulled at week nine of using tren up around 300mg per week so as you could imagine a few things would be off the main one being blood platlett level is very high and cholesterol is elevated slightly.
I have booked in for a retest on blood platlett level next weekend,to see if it has come down any in a couple next couple weeks,I'd say I'll drop my test back to 400mg per week and see what happenes with next results to what i do from there.

overall I would say great results for a large cycle
i wouldnt worry about these bloods they are very good for your situation
 
I agree with you completely brother they are not my best results but I won't drop dead in a hurry either....it's been a good week and I feel the body has fought most of whatever infection I had due to the dosage of tren....I pushed the duration a few weeks to long and paid the price,but hey we are always learning in life and its a lesson I learnt quickly😉
Iv doubled my citrus bergamot/berbarine
as well as tudca and liver support to help cholesterol but it runs a lil high in my family anyways.
 
this is why tren needs to be ran smartly and not for a long period.

I get blown away when I hear horror stories of guys running it 6months to a year at high dose flat out and ending up mental wrecks from it.
I honestly think you can achieve a similar look to tren on safer compounds if you really want to and still live to see a decent age!

he once came home after cheating on me and had the girls underwear stuck to his pants and then lied to me and said it belonged to his sister. horrible what tren does.
 
Is to see how long it will take for your numbers to normalize when you come off.

It should take a couple months, I would think
