I've asked so many good bro's from here with help it's not even funny!!! First off I thank all of you for your advice and help!!! So this is what I'm thinking...Beastdrol weeks 1-4 or 6 at 20 to 30 a day, Test E or sust at 500 weekly, and mast prop at 100 EOD weeks 6-12. I have done tons TONS of research on this and am still putting finishing touches on. I have Taurine and Vit-C, Forma Stanzol, Need2slin, Hcgenerate and much more! Diet has bben on point for the last 2 months. Trying to get BF to about 13% before running.

Current Stats: 195, Bf around 18 or 20% Height 5'8

Cycles: 7

Looking for more diet info as how much I should consume daily.

My blood pressure is 113/70 and I bought my own machine to make sure I watch these numbers!

In 3 weeks if I'm not at the right % of BF I will not run this until I come back from vaca!

Just wanna thank Needto, RADAR, Arabin, Zed, Obsessed and so many more!!!!!

So if you awesome bros wanna give me advice before I do this I thank you! After reading all the logs I want all my shit locked down before I start!

Looks like a really good cycle to me. You should see some great gains. Are you running the Test at 12wks?
1-4 Beast
1-12 Test
6-12 Mast?
You posted 500mg wkly Sust or E but not for how long is why I was asking.

What's your plan to cut your bodyfat to 13% before you start your cycle?

Max BF% on this would be 18%. Which I feel safe at this with my background. However that's why I'm giving myself 3 weeks for I know I can drop BF% and weight then rock this cycle!

We did RADAR but all I have is Test E no cyp but can get if it's the better way to go. Was gonna call you last night but it was late. Just getting everything ready before I start. You also spoke of eating Jello correct??

Use the Test E at 500mg wkly. Cypionate and Test E are almost identical with E being 1 carbon atom lighter. If you got some advice on the phone from RADAR then take it. He's not gonna steer you wrong.

I have 2 weeks to decide which one to use, Sust or Test-E. Doing more research and reading a shit ton of logs and seeing what tends to be the best to run. Gonna go at 500 a week with which ever I do run. On a sidenote, I started my 7 day rapid cleanse today. Should clean out liver and system well before starting. Also here is my Natty Recomp I did back when Need2slin first came out and I was a tester for Needto. I'll be taking all the same supps as then with a few added. Hitting legs today with cardio and abs, trying to get the BF% down some more. Hope everyones having a great day!

In my opinion go with the Test Enanthate. I like Test E better and there isn't any PIP like with Sustanon. I'm sore for days after I inject it.

Thanks for the input JC! Second day on cleanse and holy shit.....literally! Also trying a new supp today called Dexaprine. It's a thermogenic and so far it is pretty amazing! Started with half the dose (half a cap) and my energy is awesome, great focus. Still love Forged Burner but thought I'd try this for they were free samples. Hope everyone has a great day!
 
Ever try n2burn? I just started it and it amazing stuff. I had a sample of forged burner and that was some good stuff too!

I have yet to try the N2Burn but have heard awesome reviews! Ordered more protein yesterday, should have got some. Next time I order!

Sidenote: Was gonna start the forma and run from now all the way thru PCT, any suggestions either way?? Thanks guys!

Monday: Chest & Tri's

Tuesday: Back & Bi's

Wednesday: Shoulders

Thursday: Legs

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Repeat

*First week is all mass movements, rep range 6-10, no shaping movements, max rest between sets.

**Second week is all shaping movements, rep range 15-25, no mass movements, minimal rest between sets.

***Excersises change every week.
 
Whats your cardio looking like on cycle? If anything devote friday to cardio and rest sat and sun. Everything else looks amazing. I cant wait to see results. Subscribed!!!

Hey Max. Great work here with all the research so many people jump in head first without a though to health etc,
Also your split routine looks great either way but on such a good cycle would you not be interested in the 5x5 the gains are amazing there are do many people hitting the 5x5 and all I have heard is good.

Anyway it's just a thought either way I wish you the best of luck in achieving your goals you certainly put the work in !!

Thanks guys! Right now I'm hitting cardio 30 mins morning (fasted) 30 mins after workout trying to get BF% down to 13-15%. Having tested this Friday. As for when on cycle I let the mirror show me. If i'm pudging up then I up cardio, if not it's minimal. And as far as research, shit ain't no one ever gonna know it all!! I've picked all the bro's here Brains so much I know their asses fed up with me, LOL! But my cycles before were not planned well and I'm lucky to have no serious sides or any for that matter for my stupidness!! It won't happen again, that's for sure. Like I said getting my ducks in a row have like 2 weeks before it's on. I still need to Talk with Needto and RADAR to finalize diet. Either way everyone here has been such an amazing help it will be a fun and safe ride either way!!

DMK I have heard all awesome stuff of 5x5. I would have to do research on it but a 5x5 program seems pretty stright forward, 5 sets 5 reps every excersise correct? Gonna strat researching it anyhow!

Good back and bi night tonight in the gym. Deads went well, did a few warm up sets and finished last 2 sets with 325x6 both sets. Shoulders tomorrow with calve, forearm and ab work. Cardio after workout and sauna after that. Gonna do some more research on 5x5 program DMK suggested I try while on cycle.

You have a gr8 start going on here Max but you would benefit highly from getting on a set workout and following that.

Bro,

Let me target your use on Beastdrol.
As an experienced Superdrol user, your going to want to take in alot of water and have your liver protection at 100%. I see your going to be doing cardio and since you are, then your water intake has got to be at 100%, meaning lots of water. Naturally, spread it our throughout the day, of course. The Beast will really start working with you by the late second week and start of third week. By the fourth, the Beast will explode and your at 100%. Remember, the cardio portion of your cycle alongside Beastdrol will be impoortant one because your going to get dryer, you will sweat alot of water out. Ok, thats that.
As far as dosing, all depends what you wanna do but here is a experienced advanced dose for you:

Week 1: 20 mgs ED - Beastdrol
Week 2 :20 mgs ED - Beastdrol
Week 3: 30 mgs ED - Beastdrol
Week 4: Day 1(30mgs), Day 2(40mgs), Day 3 (30mgs), Day 4 (40mgs), Day 5 (30mgs), Day 6 (40mgs), Day 7 (30mgs) - This is staggering the dose.
FINISHED CYCLING BEASTDROL.

I might add I would choose Test C or E, as they are the same thing , basically. Sustanon hurts like a B!!

^^^^Yes it does and thank you! My water intake is 2 gallons a day spread out thru the day! I'm going with Test-E and will be using either Liv 52 or forged liver support. I will be using N2Guard the whole time so is adding either of those overkill or is N2Guard fine stand alone??? Just trying to gain as much LBM as possible with this cycle!

Dude you are built like an ox! And I mean that in the most complimentary way possible.
I think for your workout program we have 2 options here for you.

Option 1, Of course is the awsome Strong LIfts 5x5 with some mods.
We would add in bies and tries, prolly a copy of DMKs program. I think you would do well on this but...its also gonna put more mass on you just like its supposed to.

Option 2, Being that you already aer built like an ox, we could also take a page from The Ultimate Training Split and work on refining what you have and maybe add just a tiny bit of mass.
If it were me I think I would choose option 2. You let me know your thoughts and we will go from there.

Bro you can fully put your faith and trust into this program. If you do the program, eat to support the program and get plenty of rest, you wont recognize yourself.
Now add in the fact that you are already a pretty big dude and that you are gonna use supplementation. Well bro you are literally gonna explode.
At first you are gonna feel like your not really working out and thats just fine. To compensate for the lighter weights, we will add reps and sets for you.
Then as you progress believe me you will drop reps and sets down to the 5x5.
That will happen ruffly just before mid program. By the time you hit somewhere around week 8 or so your gonna be cussing me cuz its gonna get real dam hard.

Well Zed, since I've never done it I'll put my trust into your faith! But I do think I should scale from the get go! Don't really know any of my max lifts. I hit 325 for 2 sets of 6 this week, Bench NO CLUE, Squat WEAK! Can we work with this.....LMAO! Thanks for all the help!

Carbs = ??

Fats = ??

I try to keep sugar intake to 20g or under.
 
hey bro, good luck with the upcoming cycle.

I have used 5x5 many times and it is awesome. Sometimes, since 3 days is so boring, I like to do a shoulder workout on Tuesdays and then skip the shoulder workout on Wednesday. So I would do about 3 shoulder exercises but not go overboard. I also do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of the assistance work and I go heavy. Heavy dips, hangin leg raises, pullups, BB curls. The 5x5 works and my modification might not work for you but all I know is that the 5x5 is sick. I dont know if I would do it on a cycle though, since it is a really good program for when you are natty. I might do a hypertrophy based routine on cycle and in PCT, and then right after go inot a 5x5 or a 5/3/1 and solidify your strength gains. Just my opinion. Either way, Im subbed and looking forward to seeing your results.

Hey Greg, happy Zed came over and set you up it was Zed got me into this prog he's an absolute diamond.
Just for the record my squat was non existing prior to 5x5 now I'm squatting 176lbs and adding every session.

Also I noticed you said he lol you do realise I'm actually a she don't you lol!

As for you other question, IDK bro there are so many variabels. But I can say this. You will be amazed at what you accomplish if you hit hard and get enough fuel in you and rest. Truely you wont hardly recognize yourself or your weights.
 
I have 12 weeks before getting married hence doing this. So I can devote 12 weeks but I guess my question is which routine would I get the max out of???? Sorry for being a pain in the ass, just want everything locked down!
 
Well bro the best and most honest ans that I can give you is its gonna be diet for you even more then the workout. But as far as increasing mass and at the same time I have no doubt in my mind that it will be the 5x5 hands down.

Here we go then.
Alternate these workouts every other session. So Mon will be A and Wed will be B and Fri will be A etc.

Workout A
BBL Bk Squat 5x5
BBL Bench Press 5x5
BBL Bent over rows from the floor 5x5
(keep your rowing weight in line with your bench press)
French Press 3x8
Upright Dips 2x15 (keep your bod as vert as you can and your head up)

Workout B
BBL Front Squat 5x5
BBL Overhead Press 5x5
BBL Dead Lift alternate with Rack Pulls everyother workout 1x5
Close grip Chin Ups 3x8
Drag Curls 3x8

You must add 5 LBS to everything every session, except your iso excersizes. On those if you can add 5 Lbs do so but if not then add whatever you can and still get the total reps in.
No assisted machines for dips. If you have probs doing dips then let me know.
No assisted machines for Chin UPs same.

Up front this will be easy, but shortly its gonna get but dam heavy.

For your starting weights my suggestion is to go with 1/2 the weight that you think you should use. Believe it or not that usually is about right. This way hopefully you will get thru the whole 12 weeks without a reset.
