Lower back pumps killing me!

I feel for you bro, it was dealifts for me yesterday and the pumps where insane, it took me 20mins to walk home and I live 5mins away from the gym, I dont know if I like or dislike the feelin of lower back pumps to be honest but when it gets intense I hate it! I found drinking a few pints of water and streching helped alot.

Taurine Taurine Taurine and more Taurine. I am a victim of horrible horrible lower back pains when on Var or Beastdrol, the kind that makes it almost impossible to even get out of bed in the morning.

6g of Taurine was literally working like a miracle, eliminating like 90% of the lower back pump. I can actually deadlift again. Trust me on this one get some Taurine.

Where did you get the dosage of 6g? Or is this trial and error?
Not busting just wondering how much I should start with as the average natural intake per day is <500mg...

I am not an expert. I am only observing and suggesting that the lower back pumps are probably your kidneys. Anytime you take chemicals that effect your body, it dehydrates you putting stress on your kidneys and we all know that lifting dehydrates the shit out of us regardless. I would suggest some type of hydrating fluid like pedialite or even cytomax. It needs to be something without a stimulant, because a stimulant will dehydrate you and you'll be back at square one with hella back pumps. If you dont believe me, as most of you will not, ask a doctor about your lower back pain without even mentioning the roids.

It's nothing at all to do with the kidneys. I stay well hydrated at all times, yet the back pumps persist.

It's the extensor (erector) spinae muscles which feel pumped. The feeling is pretty much identical to what you'd feel after doing 20 reps on the back extension machine with added weight. Any exercises which work these muscles intensifies the pump.

PS. Mine is GH induced.

I wonder if this is the cause of my pain. I'm only on testosterone and I've never gotten it from that. My back is fine when I'm squatting but walking 50 yards makes me wish I was in a wheelchair.
