lost 13lbs in 6 days :)

Started the Anavar 5mg 3 weeks ago, then 1 week ago upped it to 10mg a day and took out my 50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, doing zero cardio now to get a better base line than what I had :) weight lifting stayed the same.

Diet changed drastically, eating 6 times a day, butt load of chicken and rice and potatoes and oatmeal and protein shakes, water intake has stayed the same at a little over 1 gallon a day, strength in the gym has stayed exactly the same, but I am now down 13 lbs, this is totally kick ass :) :)

The weight just melted off when I stopped the cardio, upped to 10mg a day, and changed the diet up a lot. Cant wait for another week of eating so clean :) It's great!
 
This is my precontest diet, i started at 150lbs down to 137lbs right now, will just see where I plateue at and go from there, I don't really care about actually pounds so I have no idea where I will end up, I'm just doing a really clean diet right now and taking something so I don't spare any muscle. The diet is the largest thing for me right now, it is what is doing most of the work, the anavar is just there to preserve the muscle. :) :)
 
I'm not for sure, I am so close to 5'4 so I am not for sure if I will be in the short class or tall class, I have to get accurately measured :)

Are you trying to cut and why so early out from contest time? Results are great regardless.

What brand of Anavar are you taking at this time?
