Started the Anavar 5mg 3 weeks ago, then 1 week ago upped it to 10mg a day and took out my 50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, doing zero cardio now to get a better base line than what I had
weight lifting stayed the same.
Diet changed drastically, eating 6 times a day, butt load of chicken and rice and potatoes and oatmeal and protein shakes, water intake has stayed the same at a little over 1 gallon a day, strength in the gym has stayed exactly the same, but I am now down 13 lbs, this is totally kick ass

The weight just melted off when I stopped the cardio, upped to 10mg a day, and changed the diet up a lot. Cant wait for another week of eating so clean
