loading creatine i wanna take all in one go?

just wandering when i load creatine for the first 5 days of a cycle which i do 20 grams a day

can i take it all in one go the reason why i ask this is because i believe the readings on taking creatine with high GI ( glucose) wil make it absorb better

but do not ( and will not ) spike my insulin 4+ times a day

at the moment i just take 3 times a day with water and after workout take 1 dose with glucose in it - 4 x 5 grams a day

my stats ive been working out for 6 months now im 22 , 5.11, 180 pounds i look very small , ectomorph , i reckon 15-20% body weight.
 
If you take 20 grams of creatine in one serving, you will likely experience the full side effects of gastrointestinal problems, nausea, diarrhea, muscle cramping and renal stress. You will also not be able to consume enough water during this short period of time. Your body will also be unable to utilise that much creatine in one serving.

Taking creatine and then following it up with glucose will aid in the absorption rate but it is not a requirement that you do this with every serving, so you don't have to worry about insulin spikes.

If you are going to do a loading phase, then stick to 4 equally spaced ones throughout the first 5 days.
