List Your Training Injuries

louden_swain,Forgot to add that I take glucosamine and a multi-vitamin.I tried msm, which is supposed to help your joints. But the glucosamine seems to work better for me.

-Shoulder a few, till I started hitting the rotator cuff excersizes.
-neck muscle strained, performing seated dumbell shoulder press w/o a backing
-trap/neck hurts when I do weighted dips, but that was only aggravated while doing them, I can do em now no pain, but I know if I keep weighted dips up it'll come back so I don't

Forearm tendons - Not bad now, but couldn't even look a preacher bench for over a year.

Rotator cuff in my right shoulder - Getting better, but I can feel it's still not %100.

I'm just glad I've never had any back problems, those are the worst.

1. Torn soft tissue in forearm
2. Torn soft tissue in forearm
3. Torn soft tissue in rot cuffs
4. Torn soft tissue in forearm (realized a way to prevent this this time)
5. Torn soft tissue in rot cuffs (again, realized how to prevent)
6. Sprained back (lost my balance while doing, get this, calf raises :D )

1.Rotator Cuff... Both... Body Checked somebody REALLY hard in hockey and hurt the first one
2.Other Rotator Cuff... Got in a stupid fight and trashed it
3.Rotator Cuff again.. Got hit by a car while rollerblading
4.Torn Cartelage in Knee - Skiing injury
5.Rotator Cuff again... Overtained it
6.Shin splints.. Excessive running on concrete... got insoles
7.Sprained wrists
8.Rotator Cuffs - Arm wrestling a few weeks ago

As you can probably see, I don't have the best rotator cuffs... seem to get injured alot!
knee can get sensitive as well... and is a little weak.
