How long have you been training for? That looks more like a pro's training split when they are getting ready for a comp and they train twice a day. I love Arnie's encyclopedia of bodybuilding, but most of the training routines etc he gives would be overtraining for a lot of people. Also, it depends on how many exercises and how many sets/reps you are doing for each bodypart. Would you post that up please.

the_alcatraz Head Mod Elite Moderator Dec 8, 2007 #8 I would rather you hit each muscle once a week and get ample rest time...
Tatyana Elite Mentor Dec 8, 2007 #9 What Alcatrez said. I know when I got into training, I did too much, I thought more was better. Right now some of my workouts are really fast, 30 min top, and the feedback I am getting is that I am looking bigger
