You need to read about what that guy did to other peeps Healother... seriously... I am guessing you saw the Max Sec Extraction videos of that Body Builder? Even though he most likely murdered that girl, I still felt somewhat sorry for him... it's just such a hard thing to see a human being brought down that far by the system that 'we' built... it's supposed to be 'MY" system... but I have NO control over it.

Anyway... point being... replace that Body Builder with Dahmer... I'd have NO sympathy for him in the least, in fact I would have went and gotten a bucket of buttery salty popcorn before the show fucking started. He was a sick, sick fuck.

i just think that punishment should be done for the purpose of correcting someone's behavior and not for the sake of revenge by making their life miserable.

That's not really punishment then, but I agree in principal. They should be corrected... but I beleive those that cannot be rehabilitated or corrected - there's only one way to correct that shit. Death. Dahmer was one of them.

I'm torn on this issue between my feelings of revenge and 2 wrongs don't make a right. An evil for an evil just doesn't sit well with me, but damn, some of these fuckers shouldn't get it so easy after what they did to their victims. Tough decisions. I always sit on the fence.

In Ohio, maximum security is 23 hours a day lockdown, supermax is worse. They probably put him in supermax for his own security as well as the severity of his crime. The guy was probably responsible for countless murders, indirectly.Commit a violent felony in Ohio with a previous record and you can almost gurantee max.
