i have been stealing the kids ice cream sandwiches and puttinh them in my super chocolate big blasts. not a healthy additive.

i also like instant coffee and caromel syrup added to a chocolate shake

vanilla shake made in diet root beer

lol well i only do it post w/o and im on the tren right now so i figured what the hell. i cant stop shedding the fat on this stuff and my wife doesnt like it.
