Yea I would imagine that would work. You can throw in some sweet potatoe, I like to put a little cinnamon and very light brown sugar, high in protein and a good source of complex carbs. I would try to eat about 6-8 egg whites, drop the yolk, terrible for cholesterol.
 
Ya I bought a few large sweet potatoes. Had one last night it was awesome. I will begin incorporating them and rolled oatmeal more often, especially on my big workout days.

My only problem is with that many egg whites, I can't stomach that many eggs I will throw up. If I eat more than 6 eggs in a day I want to puke, let alone all in one meal.
 
It's likely not the caber. It's dosed wayyyy higher in medical practice then is seen in the bb world

That and I nor anybody I know has had any noticeable sides come on from it's use
 
Should I keep taking the caber then?

I haven't had any real sides other than yesterday, so maybe I was just fighting some bug off...
 
I wouldn't. Decrease dose/frequency.

Can't decrease dose they are pills. My options then are switch to Prami or take the caber every 4 days instead of every 3
