So how are your lifts & what have your gains been like as of now

My belly fat is dropping pretty quickly, and my workouts have been much better, either by way of more weight, more reps, ir adding new exercises entirely.

My time between sets has been much less as well.

My biggest strength gains id say thus far are in deadlifts, I normally do Romanians with 135-185 @ 10 reps and I've upped it to 225 and its pretty easy.

Deadlifts are like my weakest lift too, my lower back is always lagging a bit, so to see that dramatic change in inly a weeks time is great

Im dosing it at .5 mg every 3 days. The pills are at .5 so I can't really drop the dose.

I haven't had any performance problems sexually, although I have noticed a little less interest than normal.

Also no sore or puffy nipples. Im not sure how long those sides would take to show up but so far so good on the caber as far as preventing those things

Yeah you should be gtg at that dose. I started off at that dose and after a week or two, I was down to half that. And I just went with 2x/week for simplicity's sake. As long as you have tabs, you can always halve them; that's what I did with my .5mg tabs.

I have capsules lol

I think it's ok though, I took my dose of caber this morning and I'm fine, I really think I had just caught something and it came and went really fast.

ya I know I ran out of broccoli last night. Tonight post workout I'll have a bunch of broccoli with my meal.

Tomorrow I am going on a day trip for this new job I'm trying to get, so my meals may not be so great as I won't be in a single locatino all day for more than an couple hours and I won't have a fridge to store anything in.

I'll keep it as healthy as I can, but I don't imagine the meal frequency will be on par. Just letting yall know ahead of time so I don't get yelled at tomorrow when I post my meals lol
 
Ok tonight was legs and I definitely noticed some strength increases. Weight went up on everything.

Squats: 6 x 10
Leg press 6 x 10 narrow stance
Leg press 6 x 10 wide stance
Leg press 6 x 8-10 regular stance
Leg extensions 5 x 8-10
Leg curls 4 x 8-10

Abs

Leg press I went up like 3 or 4 plates on each side. I wasn't using a whole lot a couple weeks ago, just focusing on form, but tonight I had good form and still pumped that sh*t out with a bunch extra weight.

Skipped calves cuz I don't feel like I get a whole lot out of those exercises, and I wanted to spend more time focusing on my thighs.

Free weight squats I only went up about 20 lba but I have to be careful with those as I've had 2 knee surgeries and don't want another.

I noticed my cardio is getting worse. I was dripping sweat after the first two sets, and really out of breath. Strength still going up though so I'm not too worried about it.

Post workout meal:

2 scoops hydro whey
bunch of broccoli
brown rice
fiber and protein cereal
greek yogurt

Bed time:

2 scoops casein

Alright today was a little differnt for diet. I was on the road for basically a day-long job interview, still got 4 full meals in.

Meal 1: 1 scoop hydro whey, 1 scoop peanut butter, 1 large bowl of rolled oats with a little brown sugar and cinnamin
Meal 2: 4 large pork ribs (no BBQ sauce, just salt and pepper), 12 oz sirloin, ear of corn
Meal 3: Pan seared chicken, brussels sprouts, cauliflower

Post workout: 2 scoops hydro whey, 2 scoops peanut butter with a toasted whole wheat english muffin (I know bread is bad but I needed some post workout carbs)

Bed time: 1 scoop casein

Cardio is getting worse, strength is going up. Tonight was chest

Not working on adding gratiuitous amounts of weight to low reps on bench, but rather adding reasonable weight to 8-10 rep ranges, ending sets being in the 6 range. Trying to add more shape and definition to my chest, rather than strength and size, so I'm looking for very strict form

Regardless, my weight is going up on each, down time between sets is going down, getting some awesome pumps in the gym too.

Smith machine bench: 6 x 6-10
Smith machine incline: 7 + sets x 6-10 (lost count on sets after 6
DB bench: 3 x 8
Cable chest flyes (pyramids): 9 sets x failure
Machine chest flyes (pyramids): 9 sets x failure

I'm still steadily maintaining muscle, if not gaining a little, while slowly lowering belly fat. One of my belts does nothing to keep my pants up anymore, a few weeks ago it fit very snug

I'm trying not to do anything too extreme on fat loss because I don't want to lose a bunch of mass, just trying to take it slow so I can keep as much as possible when I'm done.
