Alright today was a little differnt for diet. I was on the road for basically a day-long job interview, still got 4 full meals in.
Meal 1: 1 scoop hydro whey, 1 scoop peanut butter, 1 large bowl of rolled oats with a little brown sugar and cinnamin
Meal 2: 4 large pork ribs (no BBQ sauce, just salt and pepper), 12 oz sirloin, ear of corn
Meal 3: Pan seared chicken, brussels sprouts, cauliflower
Post workout: 2 scoops hydro whey, 2 scoops peanut butter with a toasted whole wheat english muffin (I know bread is bad but I needed some post workout carbs)
Bed time: 1 scoop casein
Cardio is getting worse, strength is going up. Tonight was chest
Not working on adding gratiuitous amounts of weight to low reps on bench, but rather adding reasonable weight to 8-10 rep ranges, ending sets being in the 6 range. Trying to add more shape and definition to my chest, rather than strength and size, so I'm looking for very strict form
Regardless, my weight is going up on each, down time between sets is going down, getting some awesome pumps in the gym too.
Smith machine bench: 6 x 6-10

DB bench: 3 x 8

I'm still steadily maintaining muscle, if not gaining a little, while slowly lowering belly fat. One of my belts does nothing to keep my pants up anymore, a few weeks ago it fit very snug
I'm trying not to do anything too extreme on fat loss because I don't want to lose a bunch of mass, just trying to take it slow so I can keep as much as possible when I'm done.
