I didn't believe it at first but I read up on Kratom which is a plant and that stuff works wonders. It helps me relax and sleep while on AAS which I have a hell of a time doing. Be careful who you buy from, there are a few scammers out there (Go Figure) I strongly suggest giving it a try or at least reading about it. It's some pretty cool stuff!
