knee problems

I recently did a 20 rep squat program and had great results until the end of about 2 months of doing 20 rep squats 3 time a week. Pain is in my right knee mainly in the inside of the knee area. Inside meaning the left side of the right knee or inner thigh area. Pain is noticeable worse while knee is bent. The biggest pain is sitting in a car for a long ride. Walking, Squatting etc does not seem to cause an immediate increase in pain. Pain also seems to radiate from that area and almost burns sometimes even to the shin area and thigh. Currently trying glucosamine Chondrotine (sp) and Aleve and jello. No real results. Also currently off a 30 cycle of haladrol-50, Had to try it. Any ideas.
 
Go see a physician. You may have an MCL injury. Your physician will likely perform a valgus strain to see if there is laxity in your knee.
