Kickbackzz, Pec Deckzz, and Flyezz

Hey Que.....long time no see.....

Lifted yesterday....Mon. 12/11/06

Front Squat: 135x5, 135x5, 225x5, 300x5, 335x1, 365x1, 405x1, 415x1 (PR), 315x8 (8 rep PR, I hate high reps on front squats and I almost threw up after I racked the bar)

Flat Bench: 135x10, 135x10, 225x5, 300x5, 335x5, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1 (all good, fast, smooth reps....PR is 425 and I've got 2 more weeks until the reduced cals kick me in the ass to break it, so I am gonna try to peak this lift)

Decline Press: 315 x 3 sets of 10 .....I love declines, my regret is not doing them more often.

Dumbell Skulls: 60's x 3 sets of 8

Weighed in at 256.....down 4lbs

Post workout meal was 2 eye of round steaks, 2 sweet potatoes, broccoli, and a glass of milk

Toss in some incline next time to hit all angles and fibers of the sternal and clavicular heads of the pectoralis major. :rainbow:

Nice work. You should peak rows rather than bench. But I know what you're up to: everyone in law school will say "how much can you bench?" and you'll have to say "425" unless you hit new PRs, in which case you can say "440" or something more impressive. LoL

Most of the guys on the AAS board can rep 440, FYI.

Nice lifting T. I can't imagine 415 in a clean grip as 225 kills my wrists.

Set that baby across the front delts, it's okay if a few fingers come undone, as long as the elbows stay high, the bar will stay firmly racked.
