ah nah bro like, I've been unable to concentrate in class since third grade, its gotten worse and worse over the years - My parents always figured I was just lazy until I finally had a breakdown and left high school for Night-High School. My parents are great folk dont get me wrong, but they just ignored all the obvious signs because of theyre lack of knowledge of the different types of ADHD.
I was severely depressed and frustrated as my concentration issues progressed, I kept spacing out during conversations, couldnt read a sentence without re-reading it twice since my mind kept wandering off to Music or Bodybuilding.
So I decided I wanted to seek help, the Head of the Yale Physciatric hospital (big shot), diagnosed me, and I went to a special Adult ADD doctor who re-diagnosed and prescribed claiming me as an "Obvious case".
So yeah, Im gonna take the adderall because for once I am finally locked in and able to do everything I love. (Even 5 years ago or so I was able to but it got progressively worse in my teens).
I'm 18 BTW, and yeah I posted this also on an ADHD forums for anyone who asked.
but anyway, thanks for the tips but I already eat insanely clean and I used all those for extra cals when Im bulking, but now I am in a temporary maintaining phase, just until I get everything organized, and I just want to know if it raises metabolism by a significant amount, so I don't burn away muscle - or if I eat too much thinking that it is burning more when its not.
