Seriosly, I could inject lidocaine witha 25g or less needle, with initially shallow depth then proceed deeper.
To pierce you need a 14g needle, A LOT thicker that has to go through a lot more flesh in an area where there are a lot more nerves.
Trust me, I am right on this(Danielson what you think?).
