Big deal!!!! I got my bodyfat tested last friday, and they told me to please leave the premisis Your a big dude, but is 5% what you normally walk around at? If so what do you go down to right before a show?

If i recall correctly at last year's USA Quad was 3.3 %. Now these measurements you have , are they from calipres?

Also , I was wondering Quad if you could tell us your waist size now and at contest time?

Where did you get it checked at?

I am in the Cleveland Ohio area and I can not find a place that still does it. Everyone wants to have you do the electric test.

I called every gym in the phonebook and asked three doctors and none know where to send me to get the caliper test done.

I bought a digital caliper, but I can not get it to read consistently. Well, I can do it on my girl and get it to read within 5% but she can’t get mine to read within 10% over three tries.
