JM Press vs Close Grip Bench

Sorry, I should have said that the california press is a combination of the close grip and skullcrusher, whereas the JM press is actually more of a hybrid/modified skullcrusher.

close grip is like a bench cept you grip the bar closer together and jm press you lower the bar towards your head.

its really hard to explain but you might be able to see what i mean if you search up dave tate doing the jm press
