Well, if it means anything.....I think Aries is right about the black dress, nice jewelry and nice shoes. Ya' just can't go wrong with that. I nice updo or "semi" updo to top it off. Hell, let's get ya' a tiara!!!! lol
 
Jens, just wanted to say I'm sure you'll look fab no matter what outfit you decide on (the promoter's right!)....remember to take pics on your side too and we'll share. Really wish I could meet you this weekend but given how close we are distance wise, I'm sure it'll happen soon.

Chest/Tris/Abs
Machine Press: Warmup: 40lbs - 2x10; 70lbs - 3x8
Pec Deck Machine: 70lbs - 3x10
Overhead Tricep Extension w/Rope on Cable Rack: 60lbs - 4x10
Rope Crunch: 130lbs - 1x10; 140lbs - 3x8
Cable Crossovers: 40lbs* - 1x10; 50lbs* - 1x10; 60lbs* - 1x7
*Each Side
Pushdowns On Cable Rack: 90lbs - 3x8
Incline DB Press: 35lb DBs - 1x7, 1x8, 1x7
Seated Dips: 100lbs - 1x8, 1x7, 1x8

Stationary Bike; 20 mins; 3.95 miles

Back from the show......I'm tired, my feet hurt, my knee hurts, I got all stressed out, blah blah blah.....The "behind the show" part of the show is MUCH MUCH different than DOING a show....WAY different and WAY more stressful!!
