Hey Jens, I just had a big shopping spree at Trader Joes. I had to bring back my Pinjur sauce jar for them to crack the lid open, because I just couldn't do it :FRlol: I picked up the cherry blend you recommended as well as another berry blend. They look really good, especially to throw into shakes with Fage yogurt.

A new convenience find for me: pre-cut, sliced up sweet potato strips. They only used to have yam cubes before. These look great to spray with some olive oil with and bake. I also got more of their fully cooked pre-packaged long grain brown rice and brown rice pasta.

OMG that's so funny you took back the Pinjur to have them open it!! What did they use?? Their berry blends are AWESOME!! I really like them.....I've had the sweet potato fries before too - they are soooooooooo good....they don't crisp up like white potato fries, but they are darned tasty....

Hi SBT!!! What a cute kitty pic!! Awwwww!!!

hey there! happy holiday weekend! enjoy - are you saying alchohol free?

I may indulge over this weekend - I may wait until Tuesday tho as I'd like to get 30 whole days in 1st.....

I bought some Limoncello (Italian lemon liquer - cue Alex) today at the store & I want to try it.....

Did I hear limoncello? :p

Good stuff.

I'd tell you to go make a limoncello flavored yellow layer cake with mascarpone cheese filing and grand marnier syrup but I know that stuff is off limits. lol :)

I saw a Limoncello cheesecake being made on tv the other day....now that looked good!!

Can you drink this stuff by itself or do I mix it?? What do I mix it with?? Is it sweet?

My grandfather used to make some homemade one years ago. It's good to drink on it's own. Kind of an after dinner drink. For cooking it's awesome on shrimp or any seafood. With olive oil, basil and pine nuts as pesto sauce.

Sounds gross but diced oranges, olive oil, salt, cracked black pepper and limoncello drizzled on top is really good.

Good with anytype of juice too. Orange, peach....

Here's a list of cocktails you can make with it.
