**Day 28 No Alcohol!!
**Slept in a bit today....but woke up hurting all over in different spots.....right shin is killing me (ie shin splint), finger hurts where I cut it yesterday, cut my mouth last nite with dental floss & woke up with a headache.....blah! I'm a mess today!!

Iced Coffee: Black Coffee + 2 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. skim milk + 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla creamer + ice

1 grilled Italian Turkey sausage + 1/4 cup pan-sauteed potatoes

**Today was a weird day - felt almost light-headed & just "off" all day.....but now I feel better after eating the PB...strange.....
