Warm Up on Stationary Bike, 10 mins

Machine Press: 50lbs - 1x8; 60lbs - 1x8, 1x7
Cable Rack Side Laterals: Lowest Setting - 1x7*, 2x8*
Cable Rack Upright Rows: 50lbs - 3x15
Cable Rack Front Laterals: Lowest Setting - 3x8*
*Each arm

Physical Therapy/Legs
TKEs on Cable Rack: 60lbs - 2x12; 70lbs - 1x10
Seated Leg Extensions: 30lbs - 1x10*, 40lbs - 2x10*
*Each leg, individually
Lying Hamstring Curls: 20lbs - 1x10*; 30lbs - 2x10*

Angled Seated Calf Raises: 80lbs - 3x20

**Errands, shopping - Trader Joe's (I LOVE this store!!)

**Water Tally: 5 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1 (33.8 oz) bottle of Sam's Choice Sparkling Water

4 oz. cooked ground turkey + Chili Powder
Veggie mix of: red bell pepper/yellow squash & zucchini - grilled
1 slice Kraft FF cheese

1 Caff. Free Diet Pepsi

4:15pm
2 tabs Gluc/Chondroiten

5:00pm
8 ounces Fuze Healthy Infusions Diet Green Tea

5:50pm
1 Mission Low Carb WW Tortilla
1 tblsp. ANPB + 1 tblsp. SF jelly

7:30pm
4 oz. grilled chicken + 1 tblsp. Heinz 57
1 cup curried green beans

9:45pm
2 tblsp. ANPB

Total: 1669 cals, Fat: 60g/34%, Carbs: 115g/23%, Fiber: 25g, Protein: 168g/43%

**Knee was swollen tonite & stiff around dinner time - actually locked up on me for a bit.....I may be doing too much too soon....

The potato salad was sooo yummy :)

Make sure to cook the taters really good.... i left the skin when I cut them up. This was my 1st time making it and I just had it.
*It needs some more hot pepper mrs. dash and some celery...and watch the mustard. I think I put a little bit too much.

We have a GREAT produce market nearby - within walking distance.....I may have to walk down there this week & get stuff.....I LOVE potato salad!! And how you made it with just the 2 potatoes would be "just enough" too....

11:15am - Errands.....grocery store (yes AGAIN!!)

2:15pm
4.25oz. cooked ground turkey
2/3 cup prepared Zatarin's Black Bean & rice Mix

2:35pm
2 tabs Gluc/Chondroiten

3:45pm
1 Mission WW Low Carb tortilla wrapped around 1 Turkey hot dog + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese, baked
