Yeah it was pretty good.....I really liked the 21s - something I've never done before....(thanks for that Sassy!!)
 
21's are killer. Haven't done them is a while myself. Might have to add them in next workout. I usually stay away from machines but those hammer strength preacher curls always seem to get thrown in there lately. The one arm machine that I actually like. :)

I'll have to check them out next time.....we've got the machine where you can do 1-armed curls too.....

Oh and the best part about doing Back/Bis on Monday is that it's Universal Chest Day.... ;)
 
:lmao: It does seem like everyone in the world decides to do chest on Monday. And abs too. Weekend is over time to get those 2 bodyparts back in shape. :rolleyes: Nobody ever squats at my gym so that's always a good day too. Big line waiting for the leg press machine though. :)
