It's better today........Saturday was just too much on it - I was seriously hurting yesterday.....

Jens, do you get your vitamuffins at Shoprite? I know you did this before once, but can you post the nutritional breakdown again and include how much fiber and sugar? Thanks!!

Yep @ ShopRite.....they are in the freezer section but can be a bit hard to find - seems to be in diff. spots depending on how your ShopRite is set up....

For the choc. ones - 1 (2 oz) muffin = 100 cals, 1.5g fat, 24g carb, 6g fiber, 10g sugar, 2g sugar alcohol, 4g fiber.....
