Tuesday June 27th

**Day 24 No Alcohol!! Going for 30!!

Weight: 140.8
(only weighed myself as I was curious to see what effects Sunday would be with regards to water weight - "." also showed up 4 days early)

10:00am (slept late today - till 9:20)
1 Double Chocolate Vitamuffin
Iced Coffee: black coffee + 2 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. skim milk + 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer + 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla Syrup

**I have no desire to eat today....bleh

2 Glucorell

12:35pm
Italian Herb Chicken (3 oz. chicken cooked in a crockpot with seasoning, diced tomato, peppers & mushrooms)
1.25 cups cooked Barilla Plus Penne

**Water Tally: 4 (16.9 oz) bottles of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of Crystal Light

3:00pm
1 Pretzel Rod + 1 Sourdough Hard Pretzel (the big ones)

Traffic has been GODAWFUL! Flooding, roads closed...heck, I'm just exhausted from sitting in my car.

Btw, I heard my next project may be at AZ in Wilmington so I may be in your town.

It's just a possibility as of now, but I'll definitely let you know if it happens. I'm just afraid the commute may be too much to handle, although I've heard AZ is a great place to work...plus they have a nice cafeteria too!

Well if it's the location on 202 in Fairfax/Talleyville - there are some restuarants right across the street, so it wouldn't be far for you to go.....then I could just meet you there.....

Large Salad: 2 5/8 oz. grilled chicken, 1.5 HB egg whites, 1/2 HB egg yolk, 2 cups Dole Greener Selections Salad Mix, bell pepper/cauliflower/tomato/celery/cucumber/radish
2 tblsp. Newman's LF Sesame Ginger Dressing
2 TJs Mini Choc. meringues

1 can Fresca Black Cherry/Citrus soda

1 Serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend
