**Woke up feeling MUCH better today!! Still a lil snuffy but MUCH better than yesterday, which is good cuz I need to NOT have the Emer'gen-C today cuz it has lots of sodium in it - which I need to avoid!!
**Abs pretty flat - some definition, not as much as other days. Going to eat my 1st 'show day' meal to see how it effects me & very little water.
