1:30pm -- Went to the Ball Game with Hubby & step-daughter.....
Resisted Beer & nachos!!

2:30pm -- Went to Iron Hill Brewery.....
Had 1 tortilla chip with cheese, picked the cheese off of some of the others (guessing on 1 oz of cheese?? Not sure on that.....)
4 Slices raw Jalapeno Pepper
~ 1oz chopped chicken
4 Glasses of Water

~ 4pm -- Bite of the Luna Bar hubby was eating....

1 cup Trader Joe's chopped frozen Spinach, cooked

~ 1/2 tblsp Jerk Sauce + 1 Tblsp Safflower Oil

1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese + 1/4oz hulled sunflower seeds

**This meal puts me over my calorie allotment for the day (1592 cals).....but I'm not tired enough to go to sleep with my stomach rumbling like it was....also assuming the cheese I ate was actually 1 oz, could've been less...

Totals: 1674 cals, 60g fat/33% (15g sat/8%, 16g poly/9%, 16g mono/9%), 100g carb/21%, 14g fiber, 183g protein/45%

Don't sweat it beautiful... you work hard, your body may even appreciate the extra cals... esp. since it's not a big bag of M&M's, then you'll REALLY feel like kicking yourself, ya know?

While I was reading your posts at the beginning of this thread you mentioned that you took your body temperature in the morning.
I had no idea that athletes did that. What is the reason for it? Sorry about my naivety.
