**Funny thing about the standing calf raises -- I had to strip 500 45lb plates off the thing & was going to use 90lbs total - 2 45lb Plates. Well when I was done, I realized that I had left a 10lb & a 25lb plate on the left side still by accident.....LOL So I was lopsided!!
