**Cheat Meal Night**
{was looking forward to this all week}

~7pm -- Had J drop us off at restaurant...
2 glasses of wine
1 coffee drink -- Decaf, Bailey's, Frangelico + Whipped Cream
Appetizer: Wild Boar Tacos (2 small)
2 pieces Crab/Mango Spring Rolls
YellowTail Snapper with tomato salad (just chopped tomatoes) + rice
4 pita wedges with hummus

Walk home - 30 mins

Watching the comp. last nite re-motivated me.....starting to feel excited.....

My trainer had a good nite last nite -- his girls placed high or won -- good to know....

Edit: Another thing........Around here, the women's BB is a very, very small group -- not many do it.... I may compete un-contested or with 1 other person if I did BB.........so we'll see....

8:20am -- Drove to gym
HIIT cardio; treadmill 40 mins total; 10 min walking warmup; 4 cycles of running for 4 mins @ 6.0mph with walking for 2 mins @ 4.0mph; 6 min cooldown; 3.16 miles per treadmill

Bicycles - 3 sets of 30

HR Monitor shows 271 cals burned

Drove to tanning.....then drove home...

Well, *around here* there's not much competition in BB -- as I am *right now* I had more muscle than the LW competitor did, sooooooooo.... I guess we'll see.....
