you never EVER do bis BEFORE all the back work has been finished....

So they can be done at the same session, but just complete the Back work before starting the Bi work??

that's correct :)

The bicep is a smaller muscle so if you do it first they're tired and you won't be able to get the most out of your back workout, since you work your biceps when doing back.

Thank you for clearing that up!! I was mixing the bi exercises in with the back to alternate each bodypart & try to give them a break a little......

Hey girl... :)

I'm doing back & bi's today and back 1st is the way to go. Just wondering if your trainer suggested you mix them? Maybe he had a reason? I dunno, just curious on his take... :rose:

No, no, no -- the exercises he gave me listed X exercises for back, then X exercises for Bi's -- I mixed them myself just so I wouldn't exhaust my back right away......that was NOT his suggestion....... OOPS!!

Now I know better!! :xeye:
